Defaulters Reports

1. Defaulters List for Children

  1. Overview
    The Defaulters List for Children report is responsible for presenting defaulters data of children. A defaulter is a child whose vaccination date is 28 days before the current date. It provides insights on the ZM dashboard, allowing users to filter and download vaccination records.

  2. Description
    The Defaulters List for Children displays vaccination data of defaulter children on the ZM dashboard. Users can filter data based on:

    • Location: Specific geographic areas.
    • Date Range: Data within a selected time frame.
    • Type: Show Defaulters covered & Show defaulters not covered
    • Age Selection: Less than 2 years, Greater than 2 years
    • Out of UC: Include data of children outside designated union councils.
  3. Data Source
    The report fetches data from the database using the stored procedure of the data warehouse: unfepi_dwh.DefaulterListChild.

  4. Database Tables
    The following database tables are utilized:

    • unfepi_dwh.dmp_child_info_per_row
    • unfepi_dwh.location_hierarchy_ancestor

2. Defaulters List for Women

  1. Overview
    The Defaulters List for Women report is responsible for presenting defaulters data of women. A woman is considered a defaulter if 28 days passed after the last vaccination due date. It provides insights on the ZM dashboard, allowing users to filter and download vaccination records.

  2. Description
    The Defaulters List for Women displays vaccination data of defaulter women on the ZM dashboard. Users can filter data based on:

    • Location: Specific geographic areas.
    • Date Range: Data within a selected time frame.
    • Show defaulters not covered: Include women data who are defaulters and not covered yet.
  3. Data Source
    The report fetches data from the database using the stored procedure of the data warehouse: unfepi_dwh.DefaulterListWomen.

    The Defaulters Covered By Vaccine displays defaulters data of children by vaccine on the ZM dashboard. Users can filter data based on:

    • Location: Specific geographic areas.
    • Date Range: Data within a selected time frame.
